By accessing or using NanoParse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NanoParse extracts and returns the textual content of web pages in Markdown format, optimized for consumption by AI agents and language models. The Service accesses third-party websites at the user's request. Rendered Markdown results are cached in temporary storage (R2) for up to 6 hours to improve performance; raw HTML is not retained after extraction.
The Service is paid per successful parse via autonomous micropayments in USDC through the x402 protocol.
The free tier allows 10 requests per network (subnet). Paid access — via x402 micropayments — removes rate limits. Free tier usage is subject to fair-use monitoring. We reserve the right to block or throttle usage that degrades the Service for other users.
NanoParse does not claim ownership of any third-party content accessed through the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to access and use the content they retrieve. The NanoParse name, logo, and service infrastructure are the property of NanoParse.
NanoParse respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To file a DMCA takedown notice, contact our registered agent:

Your notice must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and include: (1) a physical or electronic signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) identification of the infringing material and its location, (4) your contact information, (5) a good faith statement, and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NanoParse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of extracted content or the Service itself.
In no event shall NanoParse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
NanoParse does not store or log the content of pages you retrieve. IP addresses are used solely for rate limiting and free-tier tracking. Rate-limit counters expire within minutes to hours; free-tier counters are keyed by a masked subnet of your IP (never the raw address) and retained indefinitely; if you pay with an x402 wallet, a monthly counter keyed to the wallet address is also kept. Raw IP addresses are not permanently logged. We do not sell, share, or monetize user data. See full Privacy Policy →
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.

IP Addresses. We store IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Rate-limit counters expire within minutes to hours; free-tier counters are keyed by a masked subnet of your IP (never the raw address) and retained indefinitely, not linked to other identifying information. Wallet-based free tiers use a monthly counter keyed to the wallet address.
Request URLs. URLs submitted for extraction are processed dynamically; rendered Markdown results are cached temporarily in R2 (6 hour TTL) for performance.
If you email us, we receive your address and message. Used solely to respond. No mailing lists, no sharing. Email delivery via Mailtrap.
Rate-limit counters: deleted within minutes to hours. Free-tier counters (keyed by masked subnet, never the raw address): retained indefinitely. Email correspondence: retained only as long as necessary.
